Stewart W. MacGregor, ALA, NCARB Certified

Stewart W. MacGregor is the Founding President and CEO of OSM, Inc. He gained his experience through studies at the University of Illinois, earning a Bachelors of Science in Architectural Studies. This was followed by his Master’s of Architecture earned at Washington University, St. Louis and decades of practice. Additional experience was obtained as Affiliate Assistant Professor at Washington University teaching Graduate and Undergraduate level courses in Design and Construction Technology. His personal involvement in every project assures our clients the lines of communication are open to the ultimate decision makers. OSM is known for its responsiveness to our clients and to the field. Additional professional involvement includes being the Founding President of the Missouri Chapter of the Association of Licensed Architects (ALA).

Gary Rogowski, Project Manager

Gary Rogowski is a key member of OSM’s leadership. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois. His experience over the past several decades uniquely qualifies him as the lead and quality control professional setting the tone for accuracy and responsiveness. Gary is a Licensed Architect and LEED Certified. His ability to manage multiple projects allows OSM, Inc. to succeed at maintaining clients and growing the Company.
